My professional background includes working with refugees, immigrants, and multicultural families navigating life between countries and cultures. Having personally experienced the challenges of building a life abroad and redefining home, I approach therapy with empathy, respect, and insight that comes from both lived experience and specialized training. I know how it feels to translate your story again and again.  I know how healing it can be to finally be understood. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and practical.
